Lake Quinsigamond Safe For Boating and Fishing Again
The ban from last week was lifted by the Shrewsbury Health Department.
SHREWSBURY, MA—The health advisory for Dean Park, Flint Pond and Gauch Park area of Lake Quinsigamond has been lifted, authorities announced on Thursday.
On Tuesday, the Shrewsbury Board of Health advised avoiding contact with the water at Dean Park pond, Flint Pond on Rte 20, and north end of Lake Quinsigamond near Gauch Park due to high bacteria counts.
