Man Arrested, Wanted for Shrewsbury Break-In

9:59 a.m.: A caller reported a past larceny that occurred on Julio Drive.

2:21 p.m.: Two cars were towed after they were involved in a crash on Hartford Turnpike. No injuries were reported.

4:30 p.m.: A detective arrested Scott Smith, 45, of 328 Green Wood St. Apt. D12, Worcester during an investigation. Smith faced warrant charges of nighttime breaking and entering, larceny from a building and wanton destruction of property.

8:41 p.m.: An officer from the Shrewsbury Police Department stopped a vehicle on Maple Avenue and spoke to the operator regarding marijuana activity.
