Shrewsbury Woman Arrested after Mass Pike Chase

When most drivers see the blue lights of a police officer behind them they pull over, but not everyone.

On Tuesday afternoon a Massachusetts State Police officer observed a vehicle making an unsafe lane change and according to Boston.com, the driver fled.

The chase, which began in Brimfield, reportedly occurred at speeds up to 70 miles per hour.

When troopers deployed tire-deflation devices at mile 56 on Route 90 they popped three tires on a vehicle driven by Kimberly Baum, 22, of Shrewsbury.

Braun was charged with marked lanes violation, speeding, and reckless operation of a motor vehicle according to Boston.com
