Teen Arrested After Attempted Break-In, Dog Hit by Car

The following information was provided by the Shrewsbury Police Department. Charges do not indicate a conviction.

Sunday, April 14

1:39 a.m.: An officer stopped a vehicle on Grafton Street and arrested Jessica Hurley, 30, of 144 School St., Boylston. Hurley was arrested on warrant charges of speeding, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating with a suspended license and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

2:10 a.m.: A 911 caller from Neptune Drive and reported a break-in in progress. Officers responded and arrested Danielle Cournoyer, 18, of 111 Boylston Cir. Cournoyer was charged with trespassing.

3:18 p.m.: An officer from the Shrewsbury Police Department took a report of a bike that was stolen from Sias Avenue.

3:52 p.m.: An officer stopped a vehicle on Boston Turnpike and seized cash and narcotics.

9:55 p.m.: A caller reported that she had hit a dog with her car on Plainfield Avenue. An officer responded and spoke to the owner who was not present at the time of the crash. The dog was also not on a leash.

Monday, April 15

1:52 a.m.: An officer stopped a vehicle on Boston Turnpike and arrested the driver, Anthony Buskey, 19, of 265 Concord St., Framingham for operating with a suspended license. The passenger, Jonel Reyes, 18 of 11 David Rd., Framingham was also arrested on warrant charges of minor in possession of alcohol and operating a motor vehicle with an open alcohol container.

7:45 a.m.: An officer took a report of vandalism to a building on Gulf Street.

3:50 p.m.: A caller from Howe Avenue reported overnight vandalism.

Tuesday, April 16

5:38 a.m.: A caller from Arbor Drive reported that the tires were stolen off her vehicle.
