ELIGIBILITY
In-home vaccinations are available for anyone who is unable to get to a vaccine location, including children 5-11 years old.
HOW TO SCHEDULE AN IN-HOME VACCINATION
You can call the In-Home Vaccination Central Intake Line at 833-983-0485. Representatives are available Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Representatives are available in both English and Spanish, and also have access to translators for over 100 languages.
You will be able to speak with a representative and you will be registered with the Commonwealth's Department of Public Health (DPH), which will handle the scheduling and administration of in-home vaccinations.
