Due to the unprecedented amount of COVID-19 cases in the region and in order to ensure continuity of operations and meet service level expectations, effective Monday January 10, 2022 the Town Hall will be open to the public by appointment only.
Appointments can be made between the hours of 9:00am - 12:00pm and 1:00pm - 3:00pm on Monday through Friday. If you require an in-person appointment, please call the office in which you are seeking an appointment for. A staff directory can be found here: https://shrewsburyma.gov/directory.aspx. If you are unsure which department you need, please call the Town Manager's Office at 508-841-8508 and they will direct you. Please be advised staff are working at Town Hall on alternating weekly schedules and appointments will vary depending on the availably of employees.

Residents are strongly encouraged to pay by check and utilize the black “Town Bills and Correspondence” drop box located in front of Town Hall for tax and water/sewer payments. As always, bills can also be mailed to our lockbox at P.O. Box 725, Reading, MA 01867, or paid online. The Town of Shrewsbury payment portal accepts credit card and ACH payments on all tax and water/sewer bills.
