What Should Go Next to the Christmas Tree Shop?

As drivers travel down Route 9 near the Shrewsbury/Northborough line (at Routes 9 and 20) they pass by a beautiful shopping center styled to look like old Victorian homes.

What those drivers might not notice is the amount of the empty storefronts in the plaza.

Christmas Tree Shops anchors one end of the shopping center and is joined by a Sears Outlet, Yankee Candle and Uptowne Grill and Deli among other businesses.

There are at least three empty storefronts though, including the former home of Burlington Coat Factory.
