The Plea Is In For Man Charged With 16-year-old Somerville Cold Case Murder
Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan indicted the man in April.
SOMERVILLE, MA — A man charged in a 16-year-old Somerville cold case murder has pleaded not guilty to his charges, according to a report from WCVB NewsCenter 5.
Last month, Heinsky Anacreon was charged in the 2009 murder of Charline Rosemond.
Rosemond was found shot in the head in her car on Webster Avenue of Union Square.
38-year-old Anacreon pleaded not guilty to charges of murder, willfully misleading a police officer and willfully misleading an attorney. He is slated to return to court on Tuesday, June 24 while he continues to serve a six-year sentence on an unrelated charge.
