A rollover Sunday afternoon closed lanes on the northbound side of Interstate-93 in Somerville, causing delays. The accident occurred shortly before 4 p.m. near exit 28 at Sullivan Square, according to emergency radio transmissions. As of 4:45 p.m., the accident scene was still being cleared and had been causing backups into Boston.
