2. GIRL SCOUTS REGISTRATION: The Girl Scout Service Unit for Acton and Boxborough will hold a reception for new members at its registration event at its Spring Registration Event. Girls ages 5 to 17 and their families interested in Girl Scouts can register and meet local leaders and scouts from 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Acton Memorial Library meeting room. The fee for registration for the 2013-2014 year is $25 per girl member, $15 per adult member.

3. ADULT GLEE CLUB: The Performing Arts Connection presents "Encore: An Adult Glee Club" live musical performances running May 3-5. Performances are Friday and Saturday at 7:30pm and Sunday at 3:00pm at The Performing Arts Connection black box stage, 31 Union Avenue in Sudbury.
The show features upbeat singing and dancing to Broadway, Pop, Oldies, and more is family-friendly!
Tickets range from $8-$12 ($15 at the door) and can be purchased at www.ticketstage.com/TPAC or by calling 978-443-2400.
