Florida Man Arrested on License Charge, Warrant in Sudbury

The following arrest information was supplied by the Sudbury Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A motor vehicle stop by the Sudbury Police Department on Sept. 25 resulted in the arrest of a Florida man.

According to Lt. Robert Grady, an officer on patrol on Dutton Road pulled over a motorist at about 6:34 p.m.

After the officer completed an investigation, Dilson Alvanrenga Rocha, 48, of 10967 La Salinsas Circle, Boca Raton, was arrested and charged with:

  • Operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license;
  • Speeding.
The investigation also revealed Rocha had a warrant out for his arrest from the Medford Police Department.

According to Grady, the warrant was for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

Rocha was released at 8:32 p.m. and was scheduled to be arraigned at Framingham District Court on Sept. 26.
