CrossFit Union is holding a fundraiser on July 20.

CrossFit Union in Sudbury is hosting a fundraiser on July 20 for the Scott F. Milley Ranger Foundation.
Participants will take part in seven exercises, designed to test the body and mind.
"You can do this with a partner, as well," said trainer Gus Mello. "You can share the reps any way you like."
The seven exercises are are called the HERO WOD (work of the day) "SCOOTER," in honor of the late Sudbury native and Army Ranger who died in 2010 in Afghanistan.
"We're trying to make this an official workout with all the CrossFits in the area," Mello said. "It's a great way to honor him and his family."
The exercises include:
- 500-meter farmers carry (25/15 pounds);
- 25 burpee's box jump (30/24 inches);
- 500-meter run carry (35/25 pounds);
- 25 burpee's box jump (30/24 inches);
- 500-meter run carry (35/25 pounds);
- 25 burpee's box jump (30/24 inches);
- 500-meter farmers carry (25/15 pounds).

Registration starts at 7:30 a.m. Workouts will begin at 8 a.m.
CrossFit Union is located on 31 Union Ave.
"It will be fun for the foundation and fun for us," said Steve Milley, Scott's older brother.
