L-S Hires New Director of Student Services
Aida Ramos is holding two open houses in September to meet with parents.

Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School will begin the 2013-14 school year with a few new faces.
Already on board are Interim Superintendent/Principal Bella Wong and Finance Director Glenn Fratto.
And now there is another.
In a letter sent to Sudbury parents, Aida Ramos announced her hiring by Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School as its new director of student services.
Her career includes:
- Special education teacher in an elementary school in the Boston Public Schools System, working as an evaluation team facilitator;
- Assistant principal at BPS, responsible for the evaluation and supervision of general, bilingual and special education staff, discipline of students, chairing Student Support Team meetings;
- Assistant Program Director for the Unified Student Services Department, responsible for assisting school administrators with the implementation of Special Education Laws and Regulations as well as representing the district in mediations and hearings at the Bureau of Special Education Appeals.
Ramos has scheduled two open houses for parents to meet her. The first is Sept. 10th from 8-10 a.m.; the second on Sept. 12 from 2-4 p.m. Both meetings will take place in Conference Room A.
