Matthew Hall Named Captain of RPI Lacrosse
A mechanical engineering major, Hall played all 18 games last year and finished second on the team with 32 goals and 45 points.

From RPI: Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) student-athlete Matthew Hall of Sudbury 01776 has been named a captain of the men's lacrosse team.
A mechanical engineering major, Hall (Lincoln-Sudbury HS) played all 18 games last year and finished second on the team with 32 goals and 45 points. A midfielder, he scored eight man-up goals with one game-winner. An All-Liberty League First Team, All-Region Second Team and National All-America Honorable Mention choice, he added 13 assists, a team-high 97 shots (59 on goal) and 20 ground balls. In 49 career games, Hall has 73 goals, including 13 man-up and three game-winners, with 36 assists for 109 points. He has 270 shots (164 on goal) with 53 ground balls.
The Engineers, who are ranked 13th in Division III, host Keene State University in a non-league game on Saturday at 1pm at East Campus Stadium.
