Monday Essentials: Bridge Work on Landham Road Begins Today
Traffic will be down to one lane during the daytime hours.

The Sudbury DPW will begin work on replacing a rusted out culvert below the Landham Road bridge on Aug. 5, an emergency job that will take about three weeks to fix.
According to DPW Director Bill Place, the department became aware of the issue recently when it received a call about a pothole in the area.
"We took pictures and saw that it is all rusted out," Place said. "It has to be replaced."
Because of the work needed to be done, traffic will be down to one lane during the day.
"You should seek an alternate route if you can," Place said.
The overall cost of the project will be roughly $200,000.
