State Rep. Conroy Announces Office Hours for September

Siena Farms holding fundraiser to support recent purchase of 26 acres.

1. State Rep. Tom Conroy has announced his local office hours in Wayland, Sudbury, and Marlborough for the month of September. Constituents are encouraged to come meet Tom, share their views on relevant topics, and bring important issues to the Representative’s attention. No appointments are necessary and meetings are held on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Office hours and locations for Friday, September 13 are as follows:

  • 1:00 - 1:30 pm - Marlborough Public Library, 35 West Main Street, Bigelow Auditorium;
  • 2:00 - 2:30 pm – Goodnow Library,  21 Concord Road, Sudbury - Small meeting room, 2nd floor;
  • 3:00 - 3:30 pm – Wayland Public Library, 5 Concord Road, Raytheon Room.

2. The next Sudbury Public Schools Committee meeting is scheduled for Aug. 21 at 7:30 p.m. at Fairbank Community Center.

This 26-acre set of APR*-protected fields is now ours to farm for generations – with your support.

This unforgettable night of celebration will include cocktails in the fields themselves, live music, and a multi-course feast from the fields with wine pairings in our greenhouse, at the peak of our 2013 harvest season.

All proceeds from our 2013 Farm-Raiser Dinner will be used toward this farmland purchase, which was successfully closed on at 10 am, July 18.

Friday: Mainly cloudy. Lots of storms and downpours. Sticky and warm. Near 80.

Saturday: Early clouds, spot shower first thing in the morning, then increasing sun. Lowering humidity too. Near 80.
