Sudbury Man Charged With Destruction of Property, Witness Intimidation
The following are arrest logs provided by the Sudbury Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
Sudbury Police made two arrests in the last week, taking into custody residents from Sudbury and Framingham.
Lt. Robert Grady said that on Monday, June 23, dispatch received a 911 call from Snowberry Lane reporting a domestic incident.
Police responded to the scene and arrested Justin Kieffer, 33, whose last known residence was Snowberry Lane.
Kieffer was arrested and charged with three counts of destruction of property. In addition, he faces charges of simple assault, intimidation of a witness, trespassing, disorderly conduct, and attempting to commit a crime of breaking and entering.
In the second arrest of the last week, on Sunday, June 29, pulled over a vehicle and arrested the driver on an outstanding warrant.
Alan Contreras, 32, of 11 Edmands Road, Framingham, was arrested on a warrant for assault and battery out of Framingham District Court.
