A motor vehicle stop early in the early morning of April 26 by the Sudbury Police Department turned into an arrest of a Texas man. According to Lt. Robert Grady, an officer on patrol on Boston Post Road witnessed a motor vehicle driving too close behind another vehicle. The first vehicle turned off on Station Road, where the responding officer pulled it over. After completing an investigation, Francis A. Martino, 24, of 14101 West Highway 290, in Austin, Texas, was arrested and charged with: <ul> <li>Operating under the influence of liquor (second offense);</li> <li>Speeding;</li> <li>Following too close.</li> </ul> Martino was released at 3:24 a.m. and was scheduled to be arraigned at Framingham District Court on April 29. In other police news from April 26: <ul> <li>Officers were dispatched to Montague Street to issue a restraining order to a resident. The order was from Gardiner District Court.</li> <li>Officers responded to Willis Lake Drive for a report of a brush fire. Fire was out before officers arrived.</li> </ul>
