The Regional Housing Services Office (RHSO) is administering the Sudbury Rent Relief Program on behalf of the Town of Sudbury and the Sudbury Housing Trust. This is a new program that provides rental assistance payment for households in need that meet the eligibility guidelines.

Key Milestones for this Program:
- Initial Application Period Opens Monday, January 24, 2022
- Application Deadline Thursday, February 3, 2022 at 5:00 p.m.
Complete applications received by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday February 3, 2022, will be considered for initial funding. If requests exceed available funds, eligible applicants will be entered into a lottery to select program participants; otherwise the program will remain open and award grants on a first come, first served basis to eligible applicants.
The first payments are anticipated to be made on or about March 1st.
