Join OARS on Aug. 3 for a fun day on the Assabet, Sudbury, and Concord Rivers (meeting locations to be determined).  Using canoes, volunteers will pull water chestnuts out of the water by hand and then dispose of them at a designated shore site. We will also need some people helping on shore.

If you need a boat, we have a limited number available on a first come first serve basis so sign up early! To register, please email office@oars3rivers.org or call 978-369-3956.

Wear clothes and shoes that can get wet & dirty (long sleeves recommended).  Bring sunscreen, a hat, a water bottle, and work gloves (if you have them).  Boaters are required to use life preservers (pfd’s).
