What L-S Athletes Need to Know Before School Is Back In Session

The Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School athletic department will open on Aug. 19 at 9am for fall sport registrations. Here is what L-S student-athletes will need to bring in:

1. A physical dated after July 22nd, 2012 if one is not already on file at LS.
2. A signed *AND READ* Code of Conduct contract.
3. A signed Chemical Health Form.
4. A signed Permission to Participate form.
5. A signed concussion awareness form.
6. A check payable to LSRHS for $365 or a receipt for online payment.
All forms can be found under “Forms”.  If you leave your paperwork at the Athletic Office and do not hand it to someone please be sure the sport your are trying out for is printed somewhere on the forms or check. Checks are not deposited until after tryouts are over.

Tryouts times currently available:

• Volleyball  Thursday Aug 22nd  - 9th grade at 12:30pm and 10-12th grade at 3:00pm
• Field Hockey  V/JV Aug 22nd at 8:00am  -  9th grade on Tuesday Aug 27th at 3:00pm
• Boys Soccer V/JV Thursday Aug 22nd 8:00am – 9th grade on Monday Aug. 26th at 3:00
• Football  Thursday Aug 15th equipment issue –  First practice Monday Aug 19th 9:00 10-12th grade (9th welcome) Tuesday Aug 27th official start for 9th grade
• Girls Soccer V/JV Thursday Aug 22nd 9:30am – 9th grade on Tuesday Aug 27th at 3:00
• Girls Cross Country  Thursday Aug 22nd 9:00am
• Competitive Cheer Thursday Aug 22nd 7:00am
• Boys Cross Country Monday Aug 26th 10:00am
