Seventeen candidates are running for 11 seats in this year's annual election, including a number of newcomers.

The forums will be on March 15 and 16 beginning at 6:30 p.m. each day. They will be broadcast by Tewksbury Telemedia on TewksburyTV and public access channels.

"The organizers believe it is vital that voters have as much information as possible to make an informed decision on these races, given the opportunities and challenges facing Tewksbury," the town crier said. "This forum series is meant to supply that information to residents."

In-person attendance is limited to 30 unaffiliated spectators each night. Register for free here. Each candidate can also bring two guests on the night of their appearance. Local elected officials and the press are invited both nights.

Residents have until March 11 to submit questions via email to paige@yourtowncrier.com or on Twitter using #TewksburyVotes2022. The moderators will select questions.
