• Reserve Now for the 26th Annual Watertown Unity Breakfast (watertownmanews.com) — Watertown residents can now reserve tickets for the 26th Annual Watertown Unity Breakfast, happening on Martin Luther King Jr. Day, January 19, 2026, at the Hellenic Cultural Center on Bigelow Avenue. The morning features a hot breakfast, music, student essays, roundtable discussions, and the Unity Award, with childcare, ASL interpretation, and free admission for youth and those with financial hardship.
   

• Watertown Model UN Earns Honors at Boston Latin Conference (watertownmanews.com) — Watertown High School’s Model UN club brought home a record 10 awards from November’s Boston Latin School conference, including a Best Delegate honor for sophomore Jennie Mosca. With more than 60 students now involved, the growing club meets before and after school, even on weekends, as motivated ninth- and tenth-graders prepare for additional conferences at Boston University and Boston College this year.
