Watertown Men Arrested For Alleged Heroin Distribution
Watertown police arrest two men charged with attempting to sell heroin after a six-month investigation

Watertown Police have arrested two men for alleged possession of heroin with intent to distribute, the Watertown Police said.
Police arrested 27-year-old Thomas McDonough and 23-year-old Daniel McDonough on Thayer Road, according to a Watertown Police press release.
The arrests come after a six-month investigation by the Watertown Police Department Detective Division in conjunction with the Suburban Middlesex County Drug Task Force, the press release read.

Councilor and committee member Aaron Dushku believes these arrests are key to combatting the heroin addiction that has been plaguing the area.
“Apprehension of the distributors is huge,” Dushku said. “And we’re also happy about the preventive measures that are being developed by the department.”
