A Look at Wayland's Memorial Day Festivities
A beautiful spring day brought out the crowds for Wayland's annual parade and ceremony honoring veterans.
Veterans, local organizations and Wayland Police and Fire personnel took to the streets Monday for the annual Wayland Memorial Day parade.
Stepping off from Wayland Middle School at 11 a.m., the parade traveled south on Main Street to Route 30, where it then headed west to Lakeview Cemetery.
At the cemetery, a short program featuring Rep. Tom Conrory, Rep. Alice Peisch and other elected officials and veterans took place.
