The Wayland Fire Department answered 69 calls for assistance during the week of Nov. 12-18, 2012. This is a summary of those incidents excepting standard inspections and training.

Monday, Nov. 12, 2012
1:38 a.m. - Parmenter Rd, medical emergency, one person transported to MWMC

2:03 a.m. - Brook Trail Rd, medical emergency, one person transported to MWMC Natick

10:05 a.m. - 41 Country Corners Rd, 21& 23 River Rock Way, occupancy inspection

11:08 a.m. - 106 Concord Rd, activation of carbon monoxide detector

11:45 a.m. - 5 Snake Brook Rd, caller reported wires down

12:07 p.m. - Boston Post Rd Sudbury, medical emergency, one person transported to Beth Israel Hospital

12:52 p.m. - 93 Commonwealth Rd, caller reported hanging wires

3:38 p.m. - Waltham Rd, motor vehicle accident, no injuries reported

3:52 p.m. - Cochituate Rd, medical emergency, one person transported to MWMC Natick

5:11 a.m. - Commonwealth Rd, medical assistance needed

6:04 a.m. - 1 King St, caller reported possible smoke in the kitchen

7:13 a.m. - 42 Campbell Rd, caller reported tree down on wires

8:40 a.m. - Green Way, assistance needed

9:35 a.m. - Andrew Ave, medical emergency, one person transported to Beth Israel Hospital

10:01 a.m. - 124 Commonwealth Rd, activation of carbon monoxide detector

12:20 p.m. - 1 King St, caller reported odor of smoke/gas in apartment, a firefighter was injured and transported to Mass General Hospital.

12:38 p.m. - Willowbrook Dr, medical emergency, one person transported to MWMC Framingham

3:40  p.m. - 321 Commonwealth Rd, fire alarm system work

4:57 p.m. - Green Way, medical emergency, one person transported to Newton-Wellesley Hospital

5:49 p.m. - Jeffrey Rd, medical emergency, one person transported to Beth Israel Hospital

6:58 p.m. - 203 Stonebridge Rd, accidental activation of alarm system
