The Wayland Fire Department answered 53 calls for assistance during the week of May 13-19, 2013. This is a summary of those incidents excepting site inspections.

5:28 a.m. - Commonwealth Rd, medical emergency, one person transported to Newton-Wellesley Hospital

10:42 a.m. - Commonwealth Rd, medical emergency, one person transported to Newton-Wellesley Hospital

12:14 p.m. - 28 Grove St, caller reported tree leaning on wires

1:30 p.m. - Green Way, medical emergency, one person transported to Emerson Hospital

1:34 p.m. - 285 Commonwealth Rd, fire alarm system work

2:41 p.m. - 19 Wadsworth Lane, service call

3:31 p.m. - Green Way, medical emergency, one person transported to MWMC Framingham

8:04 p.m. - 221 Main St, activation of carbon monoxide detector
