Students at Wayland's elementary schools -- Loker School, Happy Hollow and Claypit Hill -- will be served the following the week of Feb. 11-15, 2013.

Feb. 11: Grilled Chicken Patty on a whole wheat roll, Fat Free Potato Wedges Peaches
Feb. 12: Kayem Lite Hot Dog on a whole wheat roll, Vegetarian Beans, Tomato & Cucumber Salad, Fresh Tangerine
Feb. 13: Lasagna Roll-Ups, California Blend Veggies, Mandarin Oranges
Feb. 14: Lean Taco on Wheat Tortilla or Hard Shell, Steamed Brown Rice, Sweet Corn, Fresh Kiwi
Feb. 15: Fresh Dough Pizza w/ choice of toppings, Broccoli Salad or Fresh Salad, Fresh Local Apple

Also available: Tuna, Chicken Salad, Turkey, Peanut Butter, Cheese Sandwiches on Wheat Tortilla available daily. Bagel Lunch w/ choice of Cream Cheese, Peanut Butter or Hummus available daily at Claypit & Happy Hollow. Gluten-Free Pizza FRIDAYS; Gluten-Free Warm Turkey & Cheese Roll-Up DAILY. Milk Choices: Skim, 1%, Fat Free Chocolate, Lactaid. Fresh fruit baskets available daily.

Feb. 15: Fresh Dough Pizza w/ choice of toppings, Broccoli Salad or Fresh Salad, Fresh Local Apple
