Lunch Menus for Wayland Schools: Feb. 25-March 1
We have lunch menus for Loker, Happy Hollow, Claypit Hill and Wayland Middle.
Students at Wayland's elementary schools -- Loker School, Happy Hollow and Claypit Hill -- will be served the following the week of Feb. 4-8, 2013.
Feb. 25: Wholegrain French Toast Sticks, Lite Jones Sausage, Tomato Juice, Applesauce
Feb. 26: Chicken Fajita, Spanish Rice, Mexicali Corn, Peaches
Feb. 27: BBQ Pork Rib Patty on a wheat roll, Baked “Carrot Fries,” Strawberries
Feb. 28: Popcorn Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, Fresh Broccoli, Pineapple Tidbits (Salad bar at Claypit)
March 1: Round Pan Pizza w/ choice of toppings, Carrot-Raisin Salad or Fresh Veggies w/ Ranch, Sliced Pears, (Salad Bar at Claypit). Fish sandwiches available on Fridays during Lent.
Also available: Tuna, Chicken Salad, Turkey, Peanut Butter, Cheese Sandwiches on Wheat Tortilla available daily. Bagel Lunch w/ choice of Cream Cheese, Peanut Butter or Hummus available daily at Claypit & Happy Hollow. Gluten-Free Pizza FRIDAYS; Gluten-Free Warm Turkey & Cheese Roll-Up DAILY. Milk Choices: Skim, 1%, Fat Free Chocolate, Lactaid. Fresh fruit baskets available daily.

Feb. 27: Baked Stuffed Shells, Green Beans, Whole Wheat Dinner Roll, Pineapple Tidbits
Feb. 28: Homemade Calzone (variety of choices), Fresh Salad, Orange Halves, Deli Day - turkey, ham, roast beef, cheese, tuna
March 1: Round Pan Pizza w/ choice of toppings, Carrot-Raisin Salad or Fresh Veggies w/ Ranch, Sliced Pears. Fish sandwiches available on Fridays during Lent.

Also available at the WMS: Salad plates, grilled chicken patties, burgers (beef, turkey and veggie) on wheat rolls, fresh soups and sandwiches. Fresh fruit is served every day. All meals are planned to meet the dietary guidelines. Menu subject to change without notice. Gluten-free Pizza & Gluten-Free Warm Turkey & Cheese Roll-Up DAILY.
