Residents Asked to Participate in Community Health Assessment

The online survey will be available until May 31.

Wayland is one of a number of MetroWest towns from which local medical organizations are asking people to weigh in on the area's health needs and issues.

A 10 to 15-minute online survey will help sponsoring health organizations assess the "health services and issues in the region," according to a press release. The organizations intend to use the information to inform how they come together to address the health care needs of residents and employees in Wayland and beyond.

The survey is available in English, Spanish and Portuguese by clicking on the previous links.
