Wayland Police Connect With The Community In Pops With Cops

Enjoy a free popsicle from the police, and talk to the while you're at it.

WAYLAND, MA—Wayland police are introducing a new program to give the community a chance to connect with the department and ask question.

The Wayland Police Department is going to be at the Wayland Town Beach on July 12 and Aug. 1 and Hannah Williams Park on July 17 and Aug. 2 from 1-2 p.m. each day to hand out free popsicles to kids of all ages in Pops With Cops.

"We would love to see you and your children and talk about anything that concerns you have about our community and of course, enjoy a frozen Popsicle," said police in the announcement.
