Wayland Residents Can Appeal Private Road Plow Decision

A number of private roads were removed from the town's plow list; residents, though, can appeal this.

WAYLAND, MA—After 11 private roads and two private driveways were taken off the town's plow list, many residents were upset at the decision, according to reports.

Now, residents have the chance to appeal the decision, reports Wicked Local Wayland. The Wayland Town Administrator and the DPW Director are proposing an appeals process and an application form at a meeting of the Wayland Board of Selectmen later in July.

Those appeal forms will be available at the Public Works Department, and decisions will be made by Sept. 15.
