Discolored Water In Westborough Possible Amid Construction Project
The town is in the midst of a construction project involving a water tank along Ruggles Street.
WESTBOROUGH, MA — Westborough's water system may produce discolored water in the coming days amid a construction project, according to the town.
The town kicked off a construction project near the Ruggles Street water tank two weeks ago that involved raking the tank out of service. That shut down caused some initial discoloration around July 8.
With the first phase of construction complete, the town is now putting the Ruggles Street tank back into service, which may again cause discoloration.
