High-End Jeweler Opening Soon In Westborough

WESTBOROUGH, MA — A luxury jewelry designer is opening up soon in Westborough.

Tanishq, a high-end jeweler originally based in Bengaluru, India, has expanded its reach to central Massachusetts. The storefront, which recently posted signs announcing it will open soon, will be located at 303 Turnpike Rd., next to Chase Bank.

Tanishq was founded in 1994 by creating 18k gold watches. Today, the business currently operates more than 200 stores in a handful of countries, including India, the U.S. and Singapore. Its stores in the U.S. include Chicago, New Jersey, Virginia and Houston.

"At Tanishq, we strive to deliver excellence, consistently," the company wrote on its website. "We've brought to the market a whole new standard of business ethics and product reliability, in the process bringing about a transformation in which jewellery is bought or sold in India."
