Holiday Events In Westborough: Winter Lights, Jingle Bell Fun Run

WESTBOROUGH, MA — Residents are invited to two holiday events planned for Sunday.

The Westborough Fire Foundation is hosting its annual Jingle Bell Fun Run at 4:30 p.m., starting from the Westborough Golf Course to the finish line at the Rotary.

The entry fee for the .7-mile race is $25 per participant. You can buy tickets here.

Starting immediately after the race will be the Winter Stroll and Light Parade , presented by the Rotary Club and its sponsors, at 5 p.m. The event will feature tree lighting, carols on the common, and photos with Santa.

The Westborough Police Department is warning drivers of road closures, including:

• W. Main Street (School St to Rotary) and Rotary: Closed by 4:30 PM.
• W. Main Street (Country Club to School/Church): Closed at 4:30 PM for the Fun Run and will reopen after the run ends.

Police said to use the South Street parking lot and surrounding side streets, as parking near the Rotary and along West Main Street will be restricted before the event
