New Restaurant The Coop In Westborough Gets Milestone Approval
The Coop is planning to open its second location outside Millbury this spring.

WESTBOROUGH, MA — A new restaurant coming to downtown Westborough received a key approval from the Select Board this week, paving the way for an opening sometime later this spring.
The Coop is planning to open at 32 West Main St., the former site of a Subway restaurant. The Select Board granted an all-alcohol license to the restaurant on Tuesday, and the owner said the new location could open in either late May or early June.
Angelo and Angela Tsetsos opened the first The Coop restaurant in Millbury in 2017 along Elm Street. The couple also operate the Pizza Chef restaurant in Millbury.
