• Following construction, both lanes now open on Fruit Street bridge (communityadvocate.com) — Drivers traveling between Westborough and Hopkinton can once again use both lanes of the Fruit Street bridge over I-495, easing a major local bottleneck. MassDOT says sidewalk and paving work will continue into 2026, but two-way traffic will remain open while crews finish approach reconstruction and final paving next spring and summer.
