The Westborough Select Board announced that the parties involved reached a settlement agreement.

WESTBOROUGH, MA — The Westborough Select Board announced on Friday that the former Regal Cinema property will soon become a house of worship.
A volunteer-driven Hindu faith, Bochasanwasi Shree Akshar Purushottam Swaminarayan Sanstha, bid more than $5 million to develop a house of worship in the space at 231 Turnpike Rd.
The Select Board said that the parties involved reached a settlement agreement, which has been submitted to the Bankruptcy Court for approval. The property was marketed for sale, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Trustee for Westborough SPE LLC received a range of offers.
