Westborough Officially Welcomes New Police Officers
Family members pinned two officers during the Aug. 24 Board of Selectmen meeting.
WESTBOROUGH, MA — Police Chief Jeffrey Lourie introduced two of the department's newest police officers to the Board of Selectman during its Aug. 24 meeting.
Jonathan Hale, originally from Orleans, MA, has a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University, where he is currently in his last semester of the master's degree program, Lourie said.
Hale previously worked for the Sherborn Police Department before joining the Westborough Police Department with the community engagement team and honor guard on Jan. 1, 2020. He missed the last pinning ceremony because he was on his honeymoon, said Lourie.
