1 Killed In Lowell Fire
Lowell fire officials said a 31-year-old man was killed in an Angle Street fire.

LOWELL, MA — A Lowell man was killed in a fire Tuesday morning, officials said. Four others escaped the blaze; one of them, a woman, was treated for smoke inhalation. The fire broke at an Angle Street residence at about 1:45 a.m., according to Lowell Fire Chief Jeff Winward.
The deceased man was found in a first-floor garage. He was 31 years old; his identity was not immediately released.
