The report indicated that shortly after the alleged incident, Haskard left the residence, and according to his testimony to police, he went to a bar in Lowell.

While the report indicated that Haskard's eyes were bloodshot when they saw him, the bar he told police he went to was closed during the reported timeframe between when he left and returned to his home.

Haskard told police that the adult woman attempted to hit him in the side of the head, although according to police reports, the woman was wearing rings on her hands that would have likely left an indentation on his head.

Police also discovered the presence of what was believed to have been crack cocaine and other drug paraphrenalia within the domicile.

The pre-trial date is scheduled for May 2.
