Keeping Music in the Family, Thomsons Father & Son Duo Play the PCA

WESTFORD, MA: The PCA Coffeehouse Series is thrilled to keep things all in the family on October 11 at 7:30pm with The Fiddling Thomsons! The Fiddling Thomsons are a father and son duo from Lee (NH), who have performed together for over 20 years. They are the winners of the 2023 New Hampshire Governor’s Arts Award for Folk Heritage. They play tunes including jigs, reels, hornpipes, aires, hoedowns, and more on instruments including fiddles, accordion, Irish pennywhistle, banjo, guitar, and others. They have performed throughout New England and to far away places including California, England, Turks and Caicos Islands, and on three separate tours to China. They also teach music, play for dances, lead educational workshops, offer pro videography services, and build high end microphone systems for acoustic instruments.
