Westford Halloween 2021: Trick-Or-Treating Schedule
The Westford Police Department has announced trick-or-treating hours for Halloween 2021, which takes place on Sunday.
WESTFORD, MA — The Westford Police Department has announced the town's trick-or-treating hours for Halloween 2021.
Trick -or-treating will be held rain or shine on Sunday, October 31 from 6 to 8 p.m., said officials.
Police are asking residents to follow certain safety recommendations to help everyone enjoy the evening, including making sure a parent or responsible adult accompanies all young children, ensuring your child knows their home phone number or your cell phone number in case you are separated, and teaching your child how to dial 911 in case of emergency.

Parents are also encouraged to make sure that children walk from house to house on sidewalks with clearly lit streets, examine all candy before letting children eat it, and help trick-or-treaters to avoid walking near lit candles, candle-lit pumpkins, and luminaries.
The safest way to trick-or-treat is to go up one side of the street and down the other rather than crossing back and forth across the street, said police.
