Westford Police: Boch Honda Thieves Busted
Westford police said four Rhode Island men were arrested after trying to steal tires and rims from the Boch Honda dealership.

WESTFORD, MA — A group of thieves trying to steal tires and rims from vehicles at the Boch Honda dealership in Westford were arrested Sunday, police said. Officers were called to the Littleton Road dealership at about 9 p.m., police said in a statement.
"Upon the arrival of the initial officer on scene the subjects fled into the woods," Westford police said in a statement. "After an extensive and exhaustive search was completed, with the assistance of the Littleton Police Department and the Massachusetts State Police, four individuals from Rhode Island were taken into custody."
The individuals were charged with multiple counts of larceny, receiving stolen property and other crimes. They were each held on $10,000 bail. Police said they have "extensive" criminal records.

"It should be noted that this type of theft has been an (ongoing) problem throughout the New England region where organized groups of criminals steal tires from multiple vehicles while parked at new car dealerships," police said.
