Westford's Council on Aging is Hiring

WESTFORD, MA - The Westford Council on Aging is hiring a grant-funded part-time position to help with the many meals the COA provides.

The COA Meal Coordinator/Intern will work about 15 hours per week ($12/hour) and will be responsible for coordinating and implementing the COA's weekly lunch program.

The tasks would include planning monthly menus, purchasing needed perishable and non-perishable items and preparing meals in-house. The person is also responsible for the clean-up, cleanliness, and organizing of the kitchen and dining rooms after meal functions.

The ideal candidate will have four or more years in food service and experience working with adults aged 60 and older.
