Just after 10 a.m. Wilmington Police announced there will be one-way traffic coming from Woburn into Wilmington. Vehicles traveling toward Woburn on Chestnut Street will be detoured up Hillside Way into Burlington.
The Chestnut Street paving is one of two road work projects happening in town which will mean some road closures and detours residents need to be aware of as they are driving through town.

On Tuesday, crews were paving Adams Street.
With both projects, Public Works’ officials say area residents will have access to and from their properties at all times, although there may be short delays.
Drivers in the area are asked to obey the directives of police details, detour signs and warning signs during all construction operations.
