WHS Indoor Walking Track Open to Residents
What you need to know and how to register to use the track inside the new Wilmington High School.

Good news for Wilmington residents looking to get some walking in as the weather becomes cooler. School officials have announced the Wilmington High School Indoor Walking Track will be open to residents only with registration.
Residents can use the track Monday through Friday from 6-7:30 p.m. for no charge.
The track will not be available before school, on weekends, holidays, during the summer or when school is not in session. The gym, cafeteria, weight room, fitness room and locker rooms will also not be available.

Additionally:
- To preserve the track surface, only sneakers or appropriate footwear will be permitted; no cleats are allowed.
- For safety reasons, unattended children will not be permitted on the track.
- Water is the only beverage allowed on the track.
