Car Tire, Battery Recycling Collection Postponed In Woburn

WOBURN, MA—For residents looking to recycle their car tires, batteries or mercury-bearing waste, they'll have to wait a little longer.

The upcoming event planned for recycling event, which was scheduled for this month, has been postponed to a later date, according to Ward 2 Alderman Richard Gately and members of the Woburn City Council.

City officials said the new date will be announced as soon as it’s scheduled and confirmed.
