The train couldn't clear the bridge, causing a crash and a derailment.

WORCESTER, MA—As many as 15 cars ended up off the rails as a freight train went off the track after it hit an overpass on Cambridge Street Saturday morning, according to multiple reports.
The engineer was injured after the crash, and Worcester Fire Department Deputy Chief Martin Dyer told the Worcester Telegram and Gazette that firefighters responded around 7:45 a.m. to 387 Cambridge St. The double-stacked CSX train couldn't clear the bridge.
The bridge is open to traffic, and the engineer was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
