2 Arrested For Heroin Distribution, Baby In Back Seat: WPD
Police spotted what they thought to be a drug transaction on King Street, and moved in. A woman's 15-month-old baby was in the back seat.

WORCESTER, MA—Vice Squad cops were doing surveillance in the area of Kingsbury Street on Monday around 11:15, specifically monitoring the movements of a white Chevy Trail Blazer.
Driving in the Blazer were Erika Santiago, 36 of Spencer, and Abisai Perez, 30 of May Street, Worcester, and stopped at an address and made hand-to-hand transactions with a resident on Kingsbury St.
Police saw the transaction and figured it was a drug deal that had been made, so they stopped the car on King Street. A search of the vehicle revealed eleven bags of a brown powder believed to be heroin. In addition, Santiago’s 15-month-old baby daughter was in the back seat.
